Set Up a Licensed User

To add a Healthcare Materials Management licensed user, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Users list to check that the users that you want to use Healthcare Materials Management already have User Card records. These user records become available to be selected as a licensed user for Healthcare Materials Management.

You can also check the User Permission Sets to ensure that the necessary permission sets are added.

If the users you want do not have a user card, create the user card. For more information, see the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central documentation.

2. Open the Licensed Users Setup page.
   • Full licensed users are added to the Licensed Users list.
   • Team member licensed users are added to the Team Member Licensed Users list.
3. Under the licensed list you need, select Manage > New Line.
4. Select the cell for the new user name, and from the Users dialog, select the user you want.
