Microsoft Entra ID Card

The Microsoft Entra ID is a standard feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. To be able to use the Multi-Entity ManagementIntercompany Suite functionality for companies that belong to different tenants, use the Microsoft Entra Application Card (MEA) to set up a record for that company and grant consent. With the MEA, the Intercompany Suite functionality allows for seamless transaction processing between companies that belong to different tenants or have different environments within the same tenant.

Microsoft Entra Application Card Configuration

On the Microsoft Entra Application Card:

  1. Under User Groups add D365 Full Access for each database.
  2. Under User Permission Sets add the following for each database:
    1. BSSI MEM
    2. BSSI Monetization
    3. BSSI ICS
    4. D365 Full Access
    5. Local
