PLM Sales-Based Charge Details

Use this page to review and edit the details for a sale-based charge. The field boxes on this page are the same as the PLM Sales Based Charge Setup.

• In the General FastTab, review the charge number and lease number information. The reporting information, such as the number series, reporting option, and initial tenant fiscal year end date can be changed.
• In the Late Fee Settings FastTab, review and edit as needed the late fee options for the sales-based charge.
• In the Sales-Based Settings FastTab, review and edit the breakpoint methods as needed.
