PLM Lease Summary Report

Use this page to generate a summary report for a specific lease.

Tip: Send the report to Microsoft Excel to ensure that you can view all columns on the screen. You can also use Microsoft Excel to modify the layout as needed.

Report Details

The report provides the following information: 

Lease Summary Report Details Table
   
Lease
This section shows general lease information, such as lease number, name, category, and various dates.
Deposits
This section shows all deposits applied to the lease.
Lease Terms
This section shows all terms applied to the lease.
Insurance Information
This section shows all insurance policy information for the lease.
Charge Information

This section shows all the charge information for the lease. The charges are organized according to the lowest level to which it is assigned.

If a one-time charge is applied to a lease, the charge is included in the calculated amount only for the period in which it is applied.

The following calculated amounts are included on the report.

For each lowest level, the sum total of the each amount is available.

Current Charge Amount Displays net amount from the Billing Details Lines of the Charge Details page. This amount includes any price adjustments and abatement up to and including the date of the report.
Current Monthly Amount

Displays the current monthly total.

  • When the lease charge frequency is Monthly, this value is the Current Monthly Amount value.
  • For all other frequencies, the value is calculated as follows: 
    • [Current Monthly Amount = Actual Period amount / (# days in Current Period) x (# days in Current Month)]
Annualized Amount

This value is calculated as follows: 

Monthly: Current Monthly Total * 12.

Bi-weekly: Current Amount * 26.
Annualized Rate PSF

Displays the rate per unit of area. This value is calculated as follows:

  • Annualized Amount divided by the Leased Sq Feet of the lowest level
Unit Lease Charge Totals
Current Charge Total Displays the total of all current charge amounts for this lowest level.
Current Monthly Total

Displays the total of all current monthly amounts for this lowest level.
Annualized Amount Total

Displays the total of all annualized amounts for this lowest level.
Annualized Rate PSF

Displays the total of all annualized rate per square unit of area.

Filter Fields

When running the report, specify any of the filter fields so that report shows only the data that you want.  

  • Lease number and lease lines
  • Deposit
  • Terms
  • Charges
  • Insurance
