PLM Sales Reporting Late Fee Processing

Use this page to process the late fees that apply to sales reporting lines that have been reported late or outstanding. When late fees are applied to sales reporting lines, the late fee settings for the sales-based charge are considered.

Apply Late Fee to Sales Reporting

To apply the late fee for sales reporting, follow these steps: 

  1. On the PLM Sales Reporting page, for each sales reporting line, specify the Reporting Amount and the Reporting Date.
  2. Select Late Fee Processing, to open the PLM Sales Reporting Late Fee Processing page.
  3. Specify the As of Date.
  4. The Late Reporting Lines shows all lines to which a late fee can be applied.
  5. Select the lines you want to process, and select Process > Process Late Fee.

Fields

The following field boxes are available: 

Field Description
As of Date Specify the as of date for lines you want to process. Only sales reporting lines to which a late charge can be applied as of the specified date appear in the lines.

Late Reporting Lines

Displays the list of sales reporting lines to which the late fee can be applied. From the PLM Sales Reporting, lines that are missing a reporting amount and date or have a reporting date after the last allowable date to report appear in this list. The list shows the following information: 

  • Sales reporting number and name
  • Reporting start and end dates
  • Last date on which a reporting is not considered late
  • Reporting amount and the date on which is was reported
