Data Migration
To export data from and import data to Subscription Billing, use the standard feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. For more information, see the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central documentation.
When exporting and importing data between companies, both companies require the same schema to ensure that all data is transferred successfully. One way to export and import data between companies is to use CSV or XML formatted files. Various pages in Subscription Billing have the action for exporting data, which can be used as the template for importing data in a CSV or XML format.
Important: Importing data from a company database that has a different schema might result in data that is not imported successfully, which can compromise your database.
