Generate a detailed or summary report inquiry that shows the percentage of completion for all available records. W hen you first open this page, no filters are applied to the data. Add filters to see only the data that you want.
Detailed Project Completion
The detailed project completion report shows the invoice details for the records. The default view shows all available records. Apply filters as needed.
The report shows the following information:
- Billing schedule number
- Customer name
- Item number and description
- Percent completed and amount invoiced
Summary Project Completion
The summary project completion report shows a summary of the invoice amounts for the records. The default view shows all available records. Apply filters as needed.
The report shows the following information:
- Billing schedule number
- Customer name
- Sum total of the percent completed to the current date
- Sum total of the amount invoiced to the current date
