SBS ARED Batch Update End Date (Event Based Schedule) Process

Use this page to update the end date for event-based deferral schedules.

Update End Date

Update the end date for several lines:

Specify the End Date to Update on the Lines.
If needed, add a filter so that only the data you want to update appears in the list.
If needed, select Refresh.
In the Actions tab, select Update End Date.

This page contains the following fields:

Field	Description
End Date to Update on the Lines	Specify the end date to which you want to update the lines.
Lines
No.	Displays the deferral schedule number.
Line No.	Displays the sequential line number.
Amount	Displays the deferral amount.
Discount Amount	Displays the deferral discount amount.
COGS Amount	Displays the COGS amount for the line.
Deferral Start Date	Displays the start date of the deferral schedule.
Deferral End Date	Displays the end date of the deferral schedule.
Event Description	Displays the description of the event.
Recognition Account	Displays the account used for the recognition amount.
Recognized	Displays whether the line has been recognized or not.
Recognize On Post	Displays the amount to be recognized when the line is posted.
Stubbed	Displays whether the line has been stubbed or not.
Expiration Date	Displays the expiration date for the line.
Recognition Journal No.	Displays the journal entry number for the recognition line.
Recognition Date	Displays the date on which the recognition occurred.
Allocation Percentage	Displays the allocation percentage.
Complete Percentage	Displays the completion percentage.
