Aged Accounts Payable

This Multi-Entity Management version of this report is a copy of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central report and the report name is preceded with MEM. Use the Entity Filter under the Dimension Filters section of the report request page to select a range of entities or specific entities to appear on the report.

Based on the security settings on the Multi-Entity Management Setup page, the generated report(s) shows only the records that belong to entities to which you have access and match the other criteria that you specified. MEM security settings can restrict the visibility and access to the following types of records based on the entities to which you have access: bank account, customer, fixed asset, item, location, and vendor.

• When Print Detail is cleared, the aged information appears per vendor.
• When Print Detail is selected, all transaction information (with entity) appears on the report.

With no vendor security set up on the Multi-Entity Management Setup, all vendors are available to appear on the report. However, only the transaction records that belong to entities to which you have access appear on the report.

With vendor security set up on the Multi-Entity Management Setup, only the vendors that belong to entities to which you have access are available appear on the report. Furthermore, only the transaction records that belong to entities to which you have access appear on the report.

Aged Accounts Payable by Entity

This Multi-Entity Management report has all the same features and functionality as the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central report except the data on the report is grouped by entity. When multiple entities are selected for the report, each entity starts printing on a separate page from the previous entity. Use the Entity Filter above the Dimension Filters section of the report request page to select a range of entities or specific entities to appear on the report.
