Create Time Sheet

When the Resources Security option is selected on the Multi-Entity Management Setup page, the time sheet is created with resources that belong to entities to which you have access. If you are accessing an existing time sheet, only the resources that belong to entities to which you have access are displayed.

When the Use Time Sheet option on the Resource Card is turned on, the lines in the time sheet can be created from the project planning lines and the entity for a line is from the project task number.

When the Project Security option is selected on the Multi-Entity Management Setup page, you can select only the project numbers that belong to entities to which you have access. Also, if you use the Create lines from project planning action to create lines in a time sheet, the time sheet lines are created from the project numbers that belong to entities to which you have access. If the project number belongs to an entity to which you don't have access, the project number is skipped.
