PLM Property Analysis Report
Use this page to generate a report that shows the analysis information for a property. This report is similar to the PLM Property Inquiry, but has more detail for the required levels of a category.
Only amounts from charges that have the Main Charge check box selected are included in the analysis report. This check box is set for each charge on the PLM Lease Charges page.
The report is organized by property. For each property, shows the reported amounts for lowest level. The following information is available from the report.
- Leasable square unit
- Lease number and account name for the lease
- Lease start and end dates, and the end date of the current lease term
- Annualized amount, annualized amount per square unit. This value is calculated as follows:
Monthly: Current Monthly Total * 12.
Bi-weekly: “Current Line Amount * 26.
- Months left before the lease expires
- Deposit amount
Tip: Send the report to Microsoft Excel to ensure that you can view all columns on the screen. You can also use Microsoft Excel to modify the layout as needed.
Filter Fields
When running the report, specify any of the filter fields so that report shows only the data that you want.
- Date for the report
- Lease type
- Category name and levels
Header Information
This report contains the following information in the header:
Information | Description |
Report Title | The title of the report. |
Execution Time | The time the report was ran. |
Page Number | The number of pages. |
User ID | The user running the report. |
Report Filters | Any filters that have been applied to the report (e.g., As of Date). |
Logo | The company's logo. |
Company Name | The name of the company. |
