PLM CAM Levels

Use this page for the following purposes: 

  • During the property category setup, use this page to add CAM expense pools to the different property levels. For the setup, you can access this page from the PLM Properties page by selecting the CAM Pools action.
  • For a lease, use this page to review and edit the details of the CAM expense pools that are attached to the lowest level. For adding or editing a lease, you can access this page from the PLM Lease, in the lowest level of the Lease Line (Lowest Level) FastTab.

The information on the Property CAM Pools and the CAM Accounts FastTabs are the same as from the PLM CAM Pools page, where the CAM expense pools are set up. Review that page for full details on the columns on this page.

Add CAM Pool to a Property Category

To add a CAM expense pool to a property category, incorporate these steps when adding levels to a property category: 

  1. On the PLM Properties page, add levels to a property category.
  2. For each property level that you want to add a CAM expense pool, select CAM Pools.
  3. For each CAM expense pool you want to add do the following: 
    1. On the header, select the CAM Pool No. and as needed, change any values on the line.
    2. On the CAM Accounts FastTab, review the accounts and make any edits as needed.
  4. Return to the PLM Properties and finish setting up the property category.
