Lease List Report

Modules > Property Lease Management > Inquiries and reports > Reports > Lease list report

Use this page to generate a lease list report that satisfy the selected criteria. The information on this report, although organized differently, is the same as the Lease List Inquiry.

When generating the inquiry or report, the As of date entered affects which records are included and how the amounts of certain values are calculated:

  • Leases that have a lowest level with a start date after the as-of date specified appear on the inquiry or report.
  • One time charges are included in the calculated amounts for the current invoice amount and the total billed amount.
  • Current invoice amount: Displays the current invoice amount based on the as-of date specified.

The Total billed amount is available and is the cumulative total of all billing lines for which invoices have been created, regardless of the as-of date specified.
