Unit Availability Report Batch Processing

Use this page to generate a report batch which displays the availability of units in your properties. The unit availability report batch generates data about unit availability based on parameters that you set, including the start and end dates of leases and properties, for example. To view the report, go to Workspace: Property Lease Management.
You can generate summary or detailed versions of the report.
Generate Unit Availability Report
To generate the unit availability report data, do the following:
- Go to Modules > Periodic tasks and open Unit availability report batch processing.
- Enter the date range for the leases and properties that you want to view in the report.
- In Records to include, select Filter to specify the criteria for the data that you want to appear on the report.
- In Run in the background, specify the settings for running the report in the background.
- When you are finished, select OK to generate the report.
Fields
The batch processing page contains the following fields:

| End date | Enter the end date of the properties that you want to appear in the report. |

| Specify the parameters for when the report runs as a background process. | |

Select whether to run the report as part of a batch job:

| Batch group | Select the batch in which the report is to run. |

Select whether the report is a private report:

Select whether the report run is critical:

| Monitoring category | Select the monitoring category for running the report. |
Unit Availability Summary Report
The unit availability summary report contains the following fields:
| Field | Description |
| Category | Displays the name of the category selected from the list. |
| Level 1 | Displays the name of the property. |
| Number of units | Displays the total number of units of the property. |
| Number of units available | Displays the number of available units of the property. |
| Percent of units available | Displays the percentage of available units. For example, if a property has five units total, and two of them are available, then the percentage of available units is 40 percent. |
Unit Availability Detailed Report
The unit availability detailed report contains the following fields:

| Category | Displays the name of the category selected from the list. |
| Level 1, 2, and 3 | Displays the level number. |
| Lease number | Displays the lease number associated with the property. |
| Customer/Vendor account | Displays the customer or vendor account associated with the lease. |
| Customer/Vendor name | Displays the customer or vendor name. |
| Start date | Displays the start date of the lease. |
| End date | Displays the end date of the lease. |
