Lease Status User Group Override

Use this page to update the permissions of a user group so that they can change the status of leases and lease charges. You can give a user group permissions to change the status of leases and lease charges or you can disallow them from changing the status.
This work flow explains how to update permissions for user groups. For more information about user groups, see Manage user groups

Assign Permissions to User Groups
To assign permissions to a user group, do the following:

Go to Property Lease Management > Setup > Lease status user group override.

On the Action tab, select New to create a new line.

In User group, select the user group you want to update permissions for.

In Make active option, select if you want to allow or disallow the user group from updating the status of leases or lease charges to the Active status.

In Remove hold option, select if you want to allow or disallow the user group from removing the Hold status from leases or lease charges.
After you have set up your user group permissions, any users within that group are either allowed or disallowed from updating the status of leases or lease charges. For more information, see Place a hold on a lease and Remove a hold on a lease.
Fields
The following field boxes are available:

| User group | Select the user group you want to update permissions for |
| User group name | Displays the longer name of the user group. |
| Make active option |
Select to allow or disallow a user group from making leases or lease charges active.

| Remove hold option |
Select to allow or disallow a user group from removing a hold on a lease or lease charge.
