SBS ARCB Billing Price Index History

Use this page to review the Price Index history for a billing schedule or a billing schedule line. All lines in this page are read-only.

This page has a filter applied to it that specifies the billing schedule number and the line number.

Processes

View the Price Index history for a billing schedule:

  1. On the SBS ARCB Billing Schedule Card page, select Actions tab > Price Adjustment Functions > Price Index History, which opens the SBS ARCB Billing Price Index History page.
  2. When you are finished, select Close.

View the Price Index history for a billing schedule line:

  1. On the SBS ARCB Billing Schedule Card page, select a line in the Schedule Lines area.
  2. Select Price Adjustment > Price Index History, which opens the SBS ARCB Billing Price Index History page.
  3. When you are finished, select Close.

Fields

This page contains the following fields: 

Field Description
Price Index Schedule ID

Displays the Price Index schedule ID.

Price Index Change

Displays the change in the Price Index. The number of decimal places displayed is determined by the number of decimal places set in the General Ledger setup.

Price Index Value Before

Displays the value of the Price Index before the change. The number of decimal places displayed is determined by the number of decimal places set in the General Ledger setup.

Price Index Value After

Displays the value of the Price Index after the change. The number of decimal places displayed is determined by the number of decimal places set in the General Ledger setup.

Unit Price After

Displays the unit price of the item after the price adjustment is applied.

Unit Price Before

Displays the unit price of the item before the price adjustment is applied.

Price Adjustment Start Date

Displays the date on which the price adjustment starts.

Billing End Date

Displays the billing end date.

Billing Start Date

Displays the billing start date.

Price Index Date Before

Displays the date before the Price Index schedule is updated.

Price Index Date After

Displays the date after the Price Index schedule is updated.

 

Note: The number of decimals displayed in the Price Index Change field can be set from the General ledger Setup screen, in the Unit-Amount Decimal Places ($) field. In this example, the setting is 1:6, which means: display one digit before the decimal point and six digits after the decimal point. The maximum number of decimals places that can be displayed is six.
