SBS ARCB Schedule Price Index List and Master

Use this page to create, delete, edit, or review the list of Price Index schedules that you obtain from the Internet to help determine the charge price adjustment. You can create many Price Index schedules based on the latest dates and statistics.

If the Price Index schedule is associated with any billing schedule, you cannot delete it.

To obtain the latest Price Index schedule, visit the website for your geographic region. If you are able to, download the latest index and import it to the Price Index schedule.

Add a Price Index Schedule

To add a Price Index schedule, follow these steps:

From the Price Index schedules list, select New, which opens the SBS ARCB Billing Price Index Master dialog.
Specify a unique Price Index Schedule No. and a Price Index Schedule Description.
For each link you add, do the following:
1. Select New Line.
2. Specify the Price Index Date and Price Index Value.
3. Repeat these steps to add more lines.
Close the dialog.

Update a Price Index Schedule (from version 1.43.7.0 onwards)

Click the Update Schedule button to have the existing schedule lines of the CPI updated with the new modified details on the CPI Master Page.

As of version 1.44.6.0, a log report will be displayed after updating the Price Index.

Delete a Price Index Schedule

To delete a Price Index schedule, follow these steps:

Select one or more lines that you want to delete, and select Delete.
When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

Price Index List Fields

This page contains the following fields:

Field	Description
Price Index Schedule No.	Specify the Price Index schedule ID.
Price Index Schedule Description	Specify a description of the Price Index schedule.
Last Run Date	Displays the date on which the Price Index schedule was last processed.
User	Displays the user ID of the person who last edited the Price Index schedule.
