SBS ARED Batch Archive Process

Use this page to move schedules with a status of Completed or Cancelled to the History table. You cannot reverse the action of archiving a schedule. The list shows only the schedules that have a status of Completed or Cancelled.

Archive a Billing Schedule

To archive billing schedules, follow these steps: 

  1. Select the lines that you want to archive.
  2. On the Actions tab, select Archive.

Fields

This page contains the following fields: 

Field Description
No.

Displays the deferral schedule number.

Consolidate Prior Period Indicates whether the prior periods for the deferral schedule are consolidated.
Deferral Account

Displays the account used for the deferral amount.

Deferral Discount Account

Displays the account used for the deferral discount amount.

Deferral COGS Account

Displays the account used for the COGS amount.

Deferral Amount

Displays the deferral amount.

Deferral Discount Amount

Displays the deferral discount amount.

Deferral COGS Amount Displays the COGS amount for the line.
Equal Per Period Indicates that the periods have the same number of days, regardless of partial periods.
Allocation Type

Displays the allocation type.

Equal Per Unit Coming soon.
Template

Displays the template used for the deferral schedule.

Expiration Account Displays the account used for expired amounts.
On Hold Account Displays the account used for on-hold amounts.
Recognition Account

Displays the account used for the recognition amount.

Recognition Type

Displays the recognition type.

Creation Source

Displays the source from which the transaction was created.

Schedule Status

Displays the status of the deferral schedule.

Schedule Type

Displays the deferral schedule type.

Recognition Type

Displays the recognition type.

Transaction Type

Displays the transaction type.

Description

Displays the description of the transaction.

Sales Invoice No.

Displays the invoice number.
Item No.

Displays the item number.

Customer No.

Displays the customer account ID or number.

Deferral Amount

Displays the deferral amount.

Stubbed Total Displays the total amount that is stubbed.
Recognition Total Displays the total recognition amount for the deferral schedule.
