SBS MERA MEA Templates List

Use this page to view all available MEA templates.

When you first open this page, no filters are applied to the data. Add filters to see only the data that you want.

Add MEA Template

To add an MEA template, follow these steps:

  1. From the SBS MERA MEA Templates List, select New, which opens the SBS MERA MEA Template page.
  2. Specify a unique MEA Number and Description.
  3. Select the Deferred Contract Revenue Account.

Edit MEA Template

To edit an MEA template, follow these steps: 

  1. From the SBS MERA MEA Templates List, select a record and select Edit.
  2. In the SBS MERA MEA Template page, edit the information as needed.

Delete MEA Template

To delete an MEA teamplate, follow these steps: 

  1. From the SBS MERA MEA Templates List, select a record and select Delete.
  2. When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

Fields

This page contains the following fields: 

Field Description
MEA Template Displays the MEA template ID.
Description Displays a description of the MEA template.
Deferred Contract Revenue Account Displays the account used for journal entries when a multiple element arrangement (MEA) contract invoice is created.
