Service Item Worksheet

Use this page to view or edit a worksheet where you record information about service items, such as repair status, fault comments and codes, and cost. In this window, you can update information on the items such as repair status and fault and resolution codes. You can also enter new service lines for resource hours, for the use of spare parts and for specific service costs.

This page can be opened from the Service Quotes or Service Order pages, where the entity and global dimensions for the lines are automatically updated from the service line items of the corresponding service quote or service order.

Also, items can be added based on the service item, item, resource, and location security settings from the Multi-Entity Management Setup and MEM Master Security pages.

Fields

This page contains the following fields. These values are read-only: 

Field Description
General
Entity Code

Displays the entity code for the service item.

Global Dimension Code Displays the global dimension for the service item.
Lines
Entity Code Displays the entity code for the line. The default value is from the header. Required.
Global Dimension Code Displays the global dimension code for the line.
