SBS ARCB Customer and End User Relationship

Use this page to create end user-customer relationships. You access this page by selecting the End User Assign action from the Customer Card.

Create a Customer-End User Relationship

Note icon. Note: Before you can create customer-end user relationships, ensure that the customer records that you want to use as end users have the End User option turned on.

To create a customer-end user relationship, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Customer list and then select a record to open the Customer Card.
  2. Select Actions > ARCB > End User Assign, which opens the SBS ARCB Customer and End User Relationship.
  3. The Customer value is automatically updated with the current customer record.
  4. In the list, select one or more End User records for which you want to create relationships.
Only end users not currently assigned to a customer are available.

After the relationships are created, you can attach an end user (End User No.) to a billing schedule.

Currently, customer-end user relationships can only be reviewed in one direction, from the customer record only, not the end user record. For example, a customer VAR1 has relationships with EndUser1, EndUser3, and EndUser5. On the SBS ARCB Customer and End User Relationship, you can see that VAR1 has relationships with records, EndUser1, EndUser3, and EndUser5. However, when you review the EndUser1 record, no customer records for this end user can be viewed.

Delete a Customer-End User Relationship

To delete a customer-end user relationship, follow these steps:

  1. From the list, select a line, and then select Delete.
  2. When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

The customer-end user relationship no longer exists, and the end user record can then be assigned to a different customer record.
