SBS ARCB Delete Schedule Utility

Important: Utilities should be run by an administrator for exception reasons only. For more information about this utility, contact your administrator.

Use this page to delete a billing schedule. This utility is to be used for exception reasons only. You might want to delete a billing schedule if it was created in error or the billing schedule has errors. If any of the billing lines have been processed, this utility cannot be used to delete the billing schedule.

To delete a billing schedule, terminate it instead using the SBS ARCB Billing Schedule Termination, or if you want to terminate several billing schedules, use the SBS ARCB Billing Batch Termination Process.

Delete a Billing Schedule

To delete a billing schedule, follow these steps: 

1. Check that none of the lines for the billing schedule have been processed. Billing schedules with processed billing lines cannot be deleted by using this utility.
2. Open the Delete Schedule Utility.
3. Select the Schedule No. of the billing schedule that you want to delete.
4. Select Actions > Delete Schedule.
5. When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

Delete Orphaned Billing Schedules

To delete orphan billing schedules, select Actions > Delete Orphan Schedules. After this action is executed any orphan billings schedules are deleted from Subscription Billing.
