Property List Inquiry

Use this page to review all available categories and level combinations for the current date. By default, the inquiry list shows all category and level records.

Tip: If you want a printable version of this inquiry, use the Property List Report. The Property List Report is a report version of this inquiry.

In addition to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations filter criteria, you can apply the following Property Lease Management filters to show only the records that you want to see in the inquiry list.

Field Description
Category name

Select the category for the records that you want to appear on the inquiry list or report.

Level 1, 2 number

Specify the level for the category that you want to appear in the report or inquiry. This option appears after you select the category or preceding level.

For example, the Commercial category has two required levels. When you set Category name to Commercial, the Level 1 number option appears. by default all level combinations below Level 1 appear. When you select a value for Level 1, only the Level 2 combinations appear in the report or inquiry.

Levels required

Displays the required number of levels for the selected category.

The inquiry shows the following information: 

  • Category name
  • Level 1, 2, 3
  • Total and leasable areas (each for Level 1, 2, 3)
  • Occupied (expense/revenue) - indicates that the line is occupied (Yes/No) for a expense or revenue lease
  • Telephone and address
