SBS ARCB Billing Support and Renewal Levels

Use this page to set up different support levels for support and renewal items.

For example, a company offers the following different support levels: 

Support Renewal Level Table
Unlimited 40%
Gold 25%
Silver 20%
Bronze 15%

Add Support/Renewal Level

To add a support or renewal level, follow these steps: 

  1. From the SBS ARCB Billing Support and Renewal Levels list, select New, which opens the SBS ARCB Billing Support and Renewal Levels page.
  2. Specify a unique Support Level identifier and a Description.
  3. If you are creating a support level, select the Support Calculation Method to use, and specify the percentage. If standard amount is selected, the amount is specified at the time the transaction is created.
  4. If you are creating a renewal level, select the Renewal Calculation Method to use, and specify the percentage. If standard amount is selected, the amount is specified at the time the transaction is created.

Delete Support/Renewal Level

To delete a support or renewal level, follow these steps:

  1. Select one or more lines that you want to delete, and select Delete.
  2. When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

Billing Support and Renewal Levels List

The support and renewal list shows all available support and renewal levels that have been set up. The list is read-only and shows the following information: 

  • Support Level name and description
  • Method for calculating the support and renewal price for the item.
  • Support and renewal percentage or amount, the column name and value are based on the support and renewal method selected.

Billing Support and Renewal Levels

This page contains the following fields: 

Field Description
Support Level Specify a unique identifier for the support or renewal level (for example, Gold or Silver).
Description Specify a description for the support or renewal level.
Support Calculation Method Select the support calculation method for the level: Percent or Standard Amount.
Support Percentage/Amount Specify a percentage to be used for calculating the support item price. If standard amount is selected, the amount is specified at the time the transaction is created.
Renewal Calculation Method Select the support calculation method for the level: Percent or Standard Amount.
Renewal Percentage/Amount Specify a percentage to be used for calculating the renewal item price. If standard amount is selected, the amount is specified at the time the transaction is created.
