Use this page to associate an item with a support and renewal item.

Associate Item to Support or Renewal

To associate an item with a support or renewal item, follow these steps: 

  1. For each line you add, do the following: 
    1. Select the Item No..
    2. Select the Support Item No. or select the Renewal Item No.
      If needed, you can select both a support and renewal item.

Delete an association of item with a support or renewal item: 

  1. Select one or more lines that you want to delete, and select Delete.
  2. When you are asked to confirm the action, select Yes.

Fields

This page contains the following fields: 

Field Description
Item No. Select the item you want to associate with a support and renewal item.
Support Item No. Select the support item to associate with the item.
Support Item Description

Displays the description for the item.

Renewal Item No. Select the renewal item to associate with the item.
Renewal Item Description

Displays the description for the item.
