Use this page to review the support and renewal history for a billing schedule line. All lines in this page are read-only.
Processes
View the support and renewal history for a billing schedule line:
- On the SBS ARCB Billing Schedule Card page, select a line in the Schedule Lines area.
- Select Support/Renewal > Support and Renewal History, which opens the SBS ARCB Billing Support and Renewal History page.
- When you are finished, select Close.
Fields
This page contains the following fields:
| Field | Description |
| Old Support Level | Displays the previous support level. |
| Old Renewal % | Displays the previous renewal percentage. |
| Old Renewal Amount | Displays the previous renewal amount. |
| User Modified | Displays the user ID who made the change. |
| Date Modified | Displays the date on which the change was made. |
| Reason | Displays the reason the change was made. |
