SBS ARED Modify Schedule Line Amount

Use this page to modify the deferral schedule line amount.

When you edit any of the amounts, the deferrak schedule lines are recalculated, but the total deferral schedule amount does not change.

Note icon. Note: Lines that have already been recognized (Recognized check box selected) cannot be edited.

Modify Line Amount

To modify the amount for unrecognized deferral schedule lines, follow these steps:

From the SBS ARED Deferral Schedules List, select the deferral schedule you want to edit.
On the SBS ARED Deferral Schedules page, select the Actions tab, and select Modify > Modify Schedule Line Amount, which opens the SBS ARED Modify Schedule page.
In the Schedule Lines Preview list, change any of the following amounts: Amount, Discount Amount, or COGS Amount. The lines preview automatically updates based on the changed amounts.
Select Actions > Process > Apply Changes to Original Schedule to update the deferral schedule.

Schedule
Schedule No.	Displays the deferral schedule number.
Schedule Lines Preview
Displays a preview of the deferral schedule.
Deferral Start Date	Displays the start date of the deferral schedule.
Deferral End Date	Displays the end date of the deferral schedule.
Amount	Displays the deferral amount for the line. Change this value as needed.
Discount Amount	Displays the deferral discount amount for the line. Change this value as needed.
COGS Amount	Displays the COGS amount for the line. Change this value as needed.
Recognized	Indicates whether the line has been recognized.
Stubbed	Indicates whether the lines has been stubbed.

Line > Recalculate	Recalculates the deferral schedule based on the changes.
